Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required at least 1 day prior to the start of the course and once payment completed then only class will be scheduled.
The registration is considered complete only after the full payment for the course is received.
One to One classes can be moved or cancelled by the student prior to the 24 hours before the start of the class, and the full course must be completed within 1 months (30 days), otherwise the cancelled / remaining classes will be considered taken.
Customer/Student can cancel any class 24 hrs prior to class start time. On cancellation, for all the cancelled classes’ compensation class will be reschedule based on teacher’s availability.
Any class cancellation within 24 hrs. window will not be cancelled. In such cases customer/student miss any class, will not be reschedule and money will be deducted.
In event teacher has special condition for not able to conduct the schedule class, Tittle Tattle will reschedule in accordance with student time & date availability.
In any special situation of cancellation need to discussed overcall (+971-585408708 ) or email teacher@tittletattle.ae.
Once the payment done for agreed numbers of classes , the amount which is paid against agreed class will not be refunded.
Tittle Tattle reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session or course due to unforeseen circumstances, teacher`s sickness or weather conditions.
Tittle Tattle has the right to change the instructor and the schedule from one level to another on it`s sole discretion with a prior notice to the student.
Any refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment; e.g. if you made a payment using your Debit / Credit card, then the refund will be made back to your Debit / Credit Card
